Customers may pay in three installments, with the final payment required at the time of picking up the item. A deposit of 35% of the total price is required for all customized orders, and the remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped or picked up. All orders must be paid in full or follow the agreed payment terms before processing.

We offer worldwide delivery through reliable shipping services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment. OJS Jewel Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external factors beyond our control.
